We offer a comprehensive range of products including but not limited to pet food, toys, grooming supplies, health and wellness products, training aids, bedding, carriers, and seasonal items. Our services include product sales, customer support, order processing, shipping coordination, and e-commerce functionalities. We may also provide educational content, product recommendations, and community features to enhance your pet care experience. While we strive to maintain accurate product information and availability, We do not guarantee that all
products will always be available or that product descriptions are error-free.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Platform or
services at any time without prior notice. We may also limit certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Platform without notice or liability.
3. Account Registration and Security

6. Ordering Process and Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we, reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names on our Platform are the property of their respective owners.
User-Generated Content: If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us the above license and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.

We disclaim any responsibility for adverse reactions, injuries, or health issues that may result from the use of products purchased through our Platform. Pet owners are solely responsible for determining the suitability of products for their individual pets and for monitoring their
pets' response to new products.
